The Physical Assessment Program (PAP) was developed in cooperation with
several respected Collegiate Strength Coaches. PAP uses the latest integrated
database technology and is compatible with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft
Office applications.
Contact with numerous Collegiate Strength Coaches confirmed our research
that Testing Result booklets are created manually using Spreadsheet
Applications, such as Microsoft Excel. This process is very time-consuming and
does not allow for easy comparisons between testing dates. Since no database
is used to store this information, there is no historical record for an
athlete which can be used to track and evaluate progress.
PAP was developed in order to automate this process by creating an easy-to-use
interface which allows Strength Coaches to manage the athletes and their
testing results. What used to take an average of 3 - 5 days to compile a
testing results booklet will now take only a few hours with the PAP software.
Standard reports are automatically generated using the testing results
entered into the system. More importantly, reports which feature comparison
graphs, such as team and individual comparisons, are also available. Any
report may be further customized using built-in Export functionality.
All sports are now supported by the Physical Assessment Program, and each
sport can have their own customized lifts that they test.

the software allows for complete control over which positions will be used for

test, allowing for maximum flexibility. These tests are totally customizable
by the user and allow for complete control over which lifts you want to test.
- Navigation: Standardized navigation enhances
the intuitive nature of the User Interface.
- Reports/Graphs: 14 total reports are available.
These include regular reports, reports with graphs, and reports with over-time
graphs. All reports/graphs provide maximum flexibility through the
use of selection prompts such as choosing Testing Dates, Positions, Graph
Types, Report Titles, Graph Titles,
Individual Athletes, and which Tests you want to display on the report. Some sample reports can be
found below:
- Historical Records: Keep track of each
athlete and the progress they make throughout their college career.
- Export Reports: into Microsoft Excel or any other supported format to
further customize Reports.
- Help: The context-sensitive Help facility
guides you through the intuitive steps of the PAP software. Use the Help
facility to answer specific questions or to browse through the contents.
- Data Security:
is
implemented through a Username/Password system for logging into the program to
protect sensitive data. Additionally, an administrator in charge of the
Coaches can set the access to each sport for every user that can log on to the
system. This prevents unauthorized access to testing results.
- Backup/Restore: Backup copies of all testing results
to any location you want and restore testing results from a Backup copy in
just a few short steps.
