LegacyWeb is a conversion tool that was designed specifically for the iSeries community and it's users, to preserve industry proven applications while integrating cutting edge technology. Designed by iSeries Developers with RPG and Cobol Expertise to create a true GUI experience!
What does LegacyWeb XML from Velocity do?	LegacyWeb will allow any application to run in a true Web Browser, wireless or touch screen environment from you iSeries. LegacyWeb automatically converts the display files for your application into XSL and your application data to XML. This code is then stored on the IFS where it can be run, viewed, modified or streamlined.
What server does the application run on?	After you convert your applications using LegacyWeb, our server module lets you choose your environment. Since the LegacyWeb XML Converter was developed in RPG ILE and our Linux Server Side Software(Where Applicable) was developed in C++ and Java, your iSeries applications will run via HTTP, APACHE, TOMCAT or WebSphere.
